Susan Cantwell is an internationally renowned executive lifestyle coach, an award winning author and a captivating speaker with over twenty years’ experience. She is a pioneer in the coaching industry having coined the term “lifestyle coaching” in the eighties. Susan has travelled the world speaking at conferences sharing the skills and tools required to effectively coach clients to greater success.

She blends an entrepreneurial, wellness and corporate background to create lasting change in individuals and organizations she works with. Her “whole-person approach” to Executive Coaching has placed her in high demand in the corporate sector.

Susan has provided Executive Lifestyle Coaching to executives, CEO’s and entrepreneurs in many industries including; telecommunications, healthcare, think tanks, academia, finance and a NASA Consultant. “I coach individuals from different industries all over the world,” says Susan, “My practice attracts people who have experienced success and want to take that to a higher level or apply that success “skill set” to another part of their lives.”

Susan has been described as a trailblazer and a maverick with unlimited curiosity. She was nominated for five consecutive years for International Personal Trainer of the Year Award in her former career and has been nominated twice for RBC’s Women of Influence Award.

Carollyne Conlinn

Carollyne Conlinn is the Director of Coach Training for The Lifestyle Coaching Institute, as well as an international executive coach who integrates entrepreneurial expertise with 30 years of corporate experience to create proven programs that effect profound change in individuals and organizations. She is a Master Facilitator of the Legacy Leadership® System for growing leadership capacity.

Her Excelerator Coaching Model™ has become the core curriculum for the Graduate Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University, and her Great Question Game™ introduces coaching to managers and leaders.

To date, she has trained over 1,000 external coaches, and many more leader coaches in organizations using the Excelerator coaching system. With her partners at Essential Impact Coaching, Carollyne leads her clients to build coaching cultures that last. Their client, Joey Restaurants, recently won the 2011 Global Prism Award for coaching cultures.
