Susan Cantwell and Carollyne Conlinn, Certified Corporate Business Coach, developed the Excelerator Lifestyle Coaching Program for Health and Fitness Professionals. Lifestyle Coaching is an opportunity for Personal Trainers, Wellness Counselors, Health Professionals, Sports Coaches, and Fitness Facility Managers to help their clients and staff get better results.

Many things outside of your work with a client or staff affect the results you are able to achieve together. Lifestyle Coaching focuses on how to create positive results through a masterful coaching relationship.

“Lifestyle Coaching has had a huge impact on my clients and business. To provide Lifestyle Coaching to your clients you must receive basic training in the core competencies and skills of coaching. What makes this training different is that it’s designed specifically for health and fitness professionals and includes case studies about challenges that personal trainers face everyday and how to change the result utilizing a coach approach.”
