Lifestyle Coaching Training Institute was founded by world
renowned personal trainer, Susan Cantwell. Susan
Cantwell and Carollyne Conlinn, Certified Corporate Business Coach,
developed the Excelerator Lifestyle Coaching Program for Health
and Fitness Professionals. The Institute was founded to provide
health and fitness professionals with the core competencies
and skills of coaching required to begin coaching.

Current Courses
Excelerator Lifestyle Coaching Program
Our proven Lifestyle Coaching Program gives our students all the nessesary tools to effectively coach clients reach their goals and for students to grow their businesses.
The Excelerator Lifestyle Coaching Program (ELCP) is designed specifically for health and fitness professional who want to begin coaching. The program consists of two-three month components for a total of 60 hours of Lifestyle Coach Training. The first half will equip you the essential training that you will require to effectively coach.
The second half of the Excelerator Lifestyle Coaching Program (ELCP) will provide you with the opportunity to build on what you have learned in the first three months. You will learn more advanced coaching skills and deepen your coaching skills through Applied Coaching as well as expand your coaching capacity to groups and teams. The second half of the program was designed to focus attention on your ability to coach in a supportive and empowering environment.
- Advantaged coaching skills which are aligned with the competencies of the International Coach Federation.
- The opportunity to coach and be coached surrounding issues and challenges that you will most likely face as a Lifestyle Coach, which will deepen your coaching skills.
- You will also receive written feedback which is benchmarked against ICF standards.
We have appied for accreditation with the ICF and completion of our program could potentially qualify you for the coach training portion of the ACCP application of the ICF.
The classes are delivered by teleconferencing, also known as Teleclasses, via the telephone making training accessible by anyone-anywhere. Since 80% of coaching is done over the telephone the interactive environment of the teleclasses provides the type of learning which is best suited for a professional coach.
The Teleclasses also provide health and fitness professionals with the unique ability to interact with other health and fitness professionals from all over North America in a supportive and empowering environment.
The classes are limited to 20 participants. No exceptions will be made.
